Once your order has been placed, please keep in mind that additional information will be requested from you in order to complete this project via Content Snare.

All content from the client is due at least one day prior to the project start date. If the content from the client is not received by the project start date time frame, this will push the project back to another start date the designer has available.
**The client has 30 days to respond to our emails and proofs. After this grace period, If no action is made the order will be terminated, and the client will have to pay a restart. Waiting on responses/decisions hinders us from closing out projects and moving on to new clients.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your project before the design process has begun, please notify me immediately so that this can be noted and processed correctly.
If you would like to cancel the project after the design process has begun, please notify me as to your reasoning so therefore we can come to a solution. In this case, I, MORPHOGRAPHICS, reserves the right to accept or deny a refund.
If you, the Client, becomes disrespectful, difficult to work with, or harasses me during the process, I reserve the right to terminate the project with a 50% refund. You will also be banned from working with me in the future.

All individual peak services must be purchased through our website. If you are approved as a retainer client an invoice will be sent to your email on a monthly basis for your payment.
We will not accept Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, or PayPal as a form of payment.
